Ms. Khanna received her B.A. in Journalism and Economics from the University of North Carolina, and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, N.C. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Khanna worked as a law clerk at the Department of Justice.  While in law school, Ms. Khanna was on the First Amendment Law Review and worked on domestic violence, custody and housing cases with Legal Aid. 

As an associate attorney, Ms. Khanna handles matters in various areas of law including domestic relations, immigration, and criminal law. 

Ms. Khanna is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the South Asian Bar Association, and the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project.  She is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.
