Our Fees

All legal cases vary in their complexities, legal requirements, and required resources. Therefore, only an attorney can quote a fee for your case following an initial consultation.


HOURLY FEE: For hourly-based cases the attorneys bill for the amount of time they spend on your case. Our attorneys rates start at $200 per hour and increase in increments up to $300 per hour. Certain tasks can be performed by paralegals or law clerks to save you money. Our law clerks and paralegals rates range from $100 to $150 per hour.


FLAT FEE: Some cases are quoted on a flat fee, meaning that you will pay a predetermined amount of money for us to complete the case. We often offer payment plan options to allow you to pay over time. Some of our flat fees are as follows:

  • Formation of an LLC or LLP_____________________________$1,000 to $2,000
  • Uncontested Divorce not including the Property Settlement Agreement -$1,000 
  • Name Change Petition (not part of a divorce)_________________________$500
  • Will drafting__________________________________________________$500
  • Bankruptcy Ch 13_____________________________________________ $2,500
  • Bankruptcy Ch 7______________________________________________ $1,500
  • Property Settlement Agreement ___________________________________$800
  • Immigration __________________________ _______________________$1,000 to $2,000

Note: Our legal fees are subject to change without further notice on this website and do not include the costs associated with the case, such as filing fees and service of process fees. The firm reserves the right to change its fees on a case by case basis.


CONTINGENCY: Certain types of cases such as personal injury and medical malpractice cases are typically handled on a contingency basis, meaning that the lawyers get paid only if and when they collect money for you. Because the firm is assuming a significant risk if we are unable to collect, these cases are screened carefully before we accept your case.
