Ms. Banks received her B.A. in Economics (cum laude) from Bucknell University in 1991, and her J.D. (with honors) from George Mason University School of Law in 1997.
 
Ms. Banks has worked at both large and small firms in Northern Virginia, and has represented a range of clients including mid-sized and emerging companies, major area real estate developers, non-profit organizations, and individuals.
 
Ms. Banks is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia. She' work as of counsel attorney for the firm and her current areas of practice are real estate, corporate and business law, contracts,
non-profits, civil litigation, and bankruptcy.
