Robert D. Moreton joined the firm as an associate in March of 2011.  

Mr. Moreton received his B.S. in Natural Resources from North Carolina State University and his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Mr. Moreton has called the Washington, DC area home for the past fifteen years, but has lived in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Florida while pursuing his education. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moreton worked as a law clerk with Dain, Walker, Sobhani & Nicoli, PLLC and as a judicial intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Mr. Moreton is a member of the Virginia Bar.  His current areas of practice are estate planning, family law, real estate, civil litigation, business formation, contracts, and corporate law.
