James Heiberg is a northern Virginia native and has over fifteen years of legal experience.  He earned his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College.  Prior to joining the firm in February 2010, Mr. Heiberg was the managing attorney of a general practice, pre-paid legal services firm.   

Mr. Heiberg brings an extensive and varied practice background to the firm.  His current areas of practice include general litigation, consumer law, family law, immigration, landlord-tenant, traffic, and criminal matters.  He is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars.
