Yemuna BalajiprasadYemuna Balajiprasad attained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2006. Ms. Balajiprasad is of Indian descent but was born in Michigan. She first acquired legal experience working as a research intern in a real estate law firm. Ms. Balajiprasad has also worked as an intern in the Office of the Attorney General in Washington, DC, a legal assistant in the General Counsel's Office of the DaimlerChrysler Corporation, a law clerk in the Law Office of Thomas D. McElgunn, Esq., and a law clerk for Stateside Associates.

While in law school, Ms. Balajiprasad worked as a student attorney in a disability law clinic and held various positions on the *Journal of Law in Society.*  These positions included Symposium Director, Reviewing Editor, and Assistant Editor. As Symposium Director, she single-handedly planned a symposium titled "The Reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act.

Ms. Balajiprasad recently passed the District of Columbia bar exam and is waiting to be sworn in. She currently works at the firm as a law clerk.
